Strength
Contains powerful ingredients like Alpha-GPC, NuBetaine, L-Citrulline, and creatine that have been clinically shown to significantly increase strength, explosive power, and muscle growth.
Endurance
Significantly improves endurance by reducing blood ammonia levels, improving lipid metabolism, buffering intracellular pH levels, and supporting ATP recycling.
Recovery
Supports faster recovery from workouts via increases in nitric oxide levels for improved blood flow and elevated key biological growth factors for hypertrophy.
Why Stim-Free?
The increase in pure energy (not focus and motivation) associated with pre workouts comes from caffeine. And while caffeine can be great in the right context, it can also crush your recovery and performance due to that fact that it can take up to 10 hours to clear from your bloodstream. So even if you're able to fall asleep it doesn't mean you're reaching the deeper stages of sleep where your body heals and repairs itself.
With this in mind, and since caffeine provides minimal performance benefits we believe it's best to not include it in the formula, but rather stack it with Elite Performance if timing and individual needs permit.
